Kenneth M. Smith, CEO-
Kenneth has worked in the industry for over sixteen (16) years.  Kenneth began his stint in the music industry by working with the company, Yo! Marketing and Promotions, where he spearheaded many promotional tours for artists domestically and internationally and later became Director of the company.  He eventually began to work for the company, JKS Management and Consulting, where he worked artists management for many nationally, well-known artists. He later moved over to the consulting division of JKS and became a consultant for Yo! Marketing and Promotions, where he spearheaded many promotional tours for artists domestically and internationally any local, national and international companies, to include Sweden-based companies Edel Pitch, Murlyn Music and Dr. Records.  Kenneth still continues to work closely with Yo! Marketing to provide vital services for Native’s artists and labels that we selectively distribute.

John W. Smith, VP, Business and Legal affairs- 
John is a renowned entertainment with over Thirty Five (35) years in the business.  Prior to practicing law, John served as Senior Vice-President of Marketing for ABC and MCA Records.  He also co-owned Wheel Records with Lamont Dozier.  John also served as VP of Marketing for United Artists/Blue Note Records and VP of Stax records.  John has been greatly responsible for the advancement of the careers of many, now-legendary recording artists.
